Shalon is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She is also certified in Schwinn Cycling as well as SilverSneakers. Shalon teaches a variety of Group Fitness classes here at Parke Way. She has a unique ability to provide a fun, yet intense workout in every Group Fitness class and Personal Training Session. Shalon's contagious energy and positive attitude are two of her key attributes which inspire others to reach their utmost potential in health and fitness.
Sherri is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She teaches a wide variety of classes. Sherri is an extremely motivating and enthusiastic Trainer who is full of energy and thrives to see clients take on new challenges and succeed. Her love of fitness is evident through her sincere and genuine personality.
Hunter is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. He has a passion for training individuals and truly loves to see them reach their own personal fitness goals. Hunter has a positive attitude. He is a strong motivator and receives fulfillment in watching his clients exceed their limitations.
Trevor is completing his last year of studies towards a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science at UT Tyler after attending UT Austin for three years. He has been a Parke Way member for many years and is looking forward to the opportunity of helping his fellow members. Trevor enjoys working with all age groups and diverse populations. He is especially passionate about working with athletes and individuals that struggle with self motivation. Trevor is a hardworking young man that strives to make a positive impact on his client's health and confidence.
Matt is an AMFPT Certified Personal Trainer. Matt played 4 years of University soccer and has been acquainted with personal fitness for 20 years. He enjoys helping others get the maximum benefit from limited training time. With Matt's experience in sports, he is qualified to pass along to athletes his understanding of strength training to increase their performance.
Marie is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from ETBU and has served as a public educator for 18 years. Marie teaches PUMP, Pace, Boot Camp and HIIT classes at the club. She greatly enjoys educating others and teaching them the importance of health and fitness. Marie is very results driven which is reflected in her efficient, creative and thorough training style.
Kristen is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who teaches a wide range of classes. Through her own fitness journey at Parke Way, she discovered her true love of fitness and genuine passion for helping others reach their personal goals. Whether just getting started or pushing to the next level, Kristen looks forward to helping individuals reach their full potential.
